On December 19, 2016, the Hong Kong Medical Device Control Office from Department of Health publish a important safety alerts regarding to the final rule banning the use of powdered medical gloves from The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Better Late Than Never? Choose Powder Free Over Powdered Gloves
Although there is no rules from Hong Kong Government to ban the powdered medical gloves in Hong Kong, but as a professional medical gloves adviser. We should take this ban seriously and this is about protecting patients and healthcare professionals from a danger they might not even be aware of.
The powder is typically added to gloves to ease donning and removal. Actually there are some manufacturing techniques which helps the powder free gloves enables easy donning on. Why don’t you choose the powder free over the powdered gloves?
