Press Announcements from FDA Regarding to Powdered Medical Gloves

In Mar 21, 2016, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced a proposal to ban most powdered medical gloves in the United States.

I don’t think this ban would have an impact on glove shortage, because many non-powdered protective glove options are currently available and they offer superior performance in variety of applications.  I personally really don’t like the powdered one actually.  Not only the feeling when I wearing it.  And also when powdered gloves are removed, the powder puffs off.
